Abstract
Most people don't know what worship is or why a church does what it does on Sunday morning. Part of that confusion stems from our failure to realise that worship doesn't begin in church; it begins in our heart and in our homes.

The Workshop is a guided study of:
- What worship is and how we can fulfill our call to worship God.
- How to increase the practice of worship as a person, a family, a congregation.
- How to lead others into a richer understanding and a more fulfilling experience of worship.

The sessions are structured around the biblical basic of worship, how the church has worshiped in the past, and valid ways to worship personally and corporately today.

Robert E. Webber is Professor of Theology at Wheaton College. He is author of Worship Old and New and Worship is a Verb. He obtained his doctorate (Th. D.) from Concordia Theological Seminary.
